Fantastic service from start to finish. I had a few questions before booking and these were answered really promptly, which immediately gave me confidence that we were in good hands.

Just before our trip I received a summary of all the details, which was really reassuring. Our driver arrived promptly, helped us with all our luggage and the vehicle was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with bottled water provided for the journey.

We received exactly the same level of service on our return journey, which was particularly appreciated as we arrived back at Heathrow in the early hours of the morning. Everything was seamless and completely stress free.

We’ll definitely be using them again for future airport trips and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. Thank you!

This is to confirm I recommend the taxi services of Lux Cars.

Their service is punctual, professional and very reliable second to none.

Their drivers are courteous, safety conscious and are alert to to the traffic conditions.

Whilst on the way to Heathrow the driver was well versed to the traffic conditions and found an alternative passage to the Airport to get me on time and my connecting flight.

I would also add their vehicles are clean, well maintained and comfortable and provide you with comforts to make your journey enjoyable.

I highly recommend Lux Cars to any individual or Business in need of a reliable, dependable professional services.

I will be using Lux Cars in the near future.

Kindest Regards

Nigel May

We have been using LUX Cars for our Mastercard, Senior Vice President’s travel needs, and the experience has been outstanding. The service is exceptionally reliable, with punctual pickups and smooth journeys every time. Being a local provider, they offer great flexibility and understanding of the area, which makes planning effortless.

Lucas really is a great communicator and makes sure we have everything that we need. My Senior Vice President travels a lot, so her plans can change very suddenly. But Lucas, has been so adaptable and understanding to these changes always

What really stands out is that the service remains within budget without compromising on quality, which is a huge plus for corporate travel. The professionalism of the drivers and the comfort of the vehicles have consistently met our expectations.
Highly recommended for anyone looking for a dependable, cost-effective, and local taxi service in Bicester.

Thanks so much,
Georgia
